As a consulting and software development company with a special focus on innovation, we were faced with the task of evaluating our innovation strategy as part of our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Planning 2023.
Bayern Innovativ GmbH supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in evaluating their innovative capacity, comparing it with direct and indirect competitors and developing appropriate actions. Within a one-day assessment in the framework of the Innovation Health Check (IHC), our innovation strategy was analyzed and compared with 861 European companies in the field of “computer programming, consultancy and related activities”.
HMG achieved above-average results in all dimensions of the audit on innovation culture, processes, industry knowledge, strategy, skills and resources, and structure. Bayern Innovativ GmbH thus certifies us according to the criteria of the IHC, the status as an excellent scale-up with a highly innovative product (PGXperts) and a highly ambitious as well as realistic vision for the future. After the first audit, we will re-evaluate the results in a two-year cycle in order to document our positive innovation development in the long term.
